How It Works

The process to take land with development potential to a sale of that land with planning permission.

We assess the potential of what could be built on the land using planning consultants and architects.
If a project is possible we make an offer for the land, and if accepted we get an option to purchase contract created with a solicitor so we have the right to purchase that land at the price agreed within an agreed time.
The owner of the land can only sell to us during this period for the price agreed.
We apply for planning permission on the land, and if successful we will buy the land at the price agreed or sell the contract on to a third party.
If the planning application is unsuccessful, we can try again with changes to the application. Ultimately if not successful, the land owner will keep the land as it is and will not lose anything from the process.
We would maximize your land value and offer you the best price possible. Your offer is based on the extent of planning permitted on the land and the subsequent potential of the final value of a completed build.
